Complete growth medium: Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 4.5 g/L glucose; 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%
Temperature: 37.0C
Atmosphere: air, 95%; carbon dioxide （CO2）, 5%
 Subculturing:
 Remove medium, rinse with fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution for 2 to 3 minutes, remove trypsin and let the culture sit at room temperature （or 37C） until cells detach （about 10 minutes）. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
Subc*tion ratio: A subc*tion ratio of 1:5 to 1:15 is recommended
Medium renewal: 2 to 3 times per week
